At Sytner Mercedes- Benz, there are now openings for Digital Sales Advisors to join the team!
We are seeking positive and confident people to work with an existing Digital Sales team based in Swindon. These are full-time positions with a view to start as soon as possible. Suited to people from a sales background with outbound calling experience, in this role you will also manage incoming calls, and contribute to a “live chat” function. You will need to be articulate, have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels.
Your role within the Department
A focused, central reservation team handling inbound, outbound and online sales enquiries for our existing and prospecting customers; capturing quality information; offering best advice; achieving high levels of efficiencies.

This role requires full-time office attendance, working 40 hours per week, on a rolling rota. There is one work-from-home day every five weeks (on a Sunday).

To handle incoming, outgoing and online enquiries via the telephone, email & live chat
Establish and understand customer needs
Handling customer objections
Understand the brand and associated products
Enhancing existing customer data to Sytner standards
Capturing new customer data to Sytner standards
Capturing new customer data to Sytner standards
Meet productivity expectations of volume and results as outlined in monthly performance reviews
Maintain and adhere to service levels
Maximize opportunities by offering best advice on service related products
Be a flexible team player and be available to suit business hours
Maintain and adhere to call quality standards
Effective Enquiry Management – meet and maintain email response times
Make Outbound Prospecting/Follow Up Calls
Manage Live Chat
Skills
Proven experience within a sales role whether that be within Retail, telesales, business development or account management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic numeracy and data entry skills for handling transactions accurately
Salary
Hourly rate : £12.50 per hour
Weekend hourly rate : £13.50 per hour
Bank Holidays are paid at double time
Up to £500 per month OTE
Candidates transfer permanently to Sytner Mercedes-Benz at approximately 6-9 months. This is an estimate and times may vary.
