We are seeking Aftersales Advisors to work for a prestigious brand, Sytner Mercedes-Benz, based in Swindon! These roles are full time, temporary to permanent positions, with a view to commence next month. Working within the Aftersales team, these roles would suit people with a strong background in customer service. Whether that be office based, retail or even hospitality, if you can demonstrate previous experience of working to a high standard, with a shining personality and lots of enthusiasm, we would like to speak with you!
Responsibilities
Below is a list of the responsibilities this job role, outlining the key tasks and targets the successful candidate is expected to achieve.
Handle incoming service enquiries via telephone and email
Establish and qualify customer needs
Handling customer objections
Convert incoming enquiries to bookings
Understand the brand and associated products
Enhancing existing customer data to Sytner standards
Capturing new customer data to Sytner standards
Meet productivity expectations of volume and results as outlined in monthly performance reviews
Maintain and adhere to service levels
Maximize opportunities by offering best advice on service related products
Be a flexible team player and be available to suit business hours
Maintain and adhere to call quality standards
Effective enquiry management
Make outbound prospecting calls for aftersales opportunities
Requirements
Possess the drive and ambition to be the best at what you do
Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment where no one call will be the same
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with using computer systems is advantageous
A proactive approach to upselling while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently when required

We have multiple full-time opportunities and are open to applications now. These roles are fully office based, working in a modern location and central to Swindon too!
Upon a successful training and probation period, roles can be expected to become permanent at 6-9 months!
Salary
Hourly rate : £12.50 per hour
Weekend hourly rate : £13.50 per hour
Bank Holidays are paid at double time. Up to £500 per month OTE
